Jay Carr

A past president of the Cattaraugus County Bar Association and a former assistant district attorney in Cattaraugus County, Jay Carr practices primarily in the areas of criminal defense and bankruptcy. With more than 15 years of practice experience, he is licensed in both New York and Pennsylvania, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of New York and the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York. Mr. Carr is a graduate of the University at Buffalo Law School (J.D.) and the United States Military Academy at West Point (B.S. in management).

Mike Saglimben

Mike Saglimben has been practicing law since 1988. He is admitted to the bar in both Pennsylvania and New York and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. An experienced lawyer in the areas of divorce and family law, Mr. Saglimben is a graduate of Ohio Northern University’s Pettit College of Law in Ada, Ohio (J.D.), and Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania (B.A. in economics). In addition to having served as a staff attorney with the Olean firm of Williams & Associates, his background includes tenure as First Assistant District Attorney in Clearfield County District Attorney’s Office from 1990 to 1997.
